Overview

Fivetran is seeking an Account Executive for their Enterprise team to deepen relationships with existing customers and drive growth. This role requires collaboration with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth. Your experience includes identifying opportunities for expansion within existing customer bases, and you excel at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives. You are adept at collaborating cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and uncover additional use cases for cross-selling and up-selling initiatives. You are strategic in your approach, developing account plans that focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential enterprise accounts. You will collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs are met with tailored solutions. Conducting discovery sessions with existing customers will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to uncover additional use cases and opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives. Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations will be essential, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. You will also develop strong relationships with partner organizations to foster collaboration and drive mutual success. Your strategic account planning will focus on aligning customer goals with Fivetran’s objectives, ensuring long-term success for both the company and its clients.
