DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for DashMart's Growth Strategy & Operations team to drive customer growth initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyze consumer behavior to enhance the DashMart shopping experience. This role requires strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
You have a strong background in growth strategy and operations, ideally with experience in e-commerce or delivery services. You understand how to analyze data to drive customer engagement and improve user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and category management teams to execute strategic initiatives. You are detail-oriented and can manage both high-level strategy and operational tasks effectively. You are excited about building and scaling new business models and have a passion for enhancing customer experiences. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on results.
In this role, you will own the ideation and execution of personalized growth and go-to-market campaigns for DashMart. You will partner with cross-functional teams to bring strategic initiatives to life, diving deep into data to understand consumer behavior and measure impact. You will develop strategies to optimize customer-facing storefronts and identify new customer use cases. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and leveraging insights to inform decision-making. You will also be involved in executing marketing strategies that resonate with customers and drive engagement. You will report to a Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team and contribute to the overall growth of the DashMart business.
