Overview

Airbnb is hiring a Team Specialist for Premium Support to enhance operational efficiency within the Customer Support team. This role requires flexibility and a solid understanding of operations to support case handling and team dynamics.

Who you are

You are an operational expert with a strong understanding of customer support services. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities while providing real-time guidance and support to your team. Your flexibility allows you to adapt to evolving business needs, making you a valuable asset to the Customer Support team. You are open to taking on different responsibilities and supporting various services as required.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Customer Support Delivery team by managing in-progress casework and ensuring a smooth operational environment. You will provide assistance to Ambassadors, Supervisors, Operations Managers, and Delivery Excellence Managers, enabling them to function effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating case handling processes and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service. You will also be expected to adapt to different teams within Community Support as business needs change, showcasing your versatility and commitment to the team's success.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €50,000—€58,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, and employee travel credits.
