Job Description

Amazon's Creator Services team seeks an accomplished Executive Assistant to support a senior entertainment executive based in Los Angeles. This high-profile role serves as a liaison between Amazon Entertainment and the creative community, requiring seamless navigation of both Amazon and the broader entertainment industry. The position demands exceptional judgment in managing relationships with Amazon colleagues, creators, creator representatives, and key industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings entertainment industry experience, with a proven track record of supporting senior executives and supporting high-profile creator relationships. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, exercise discretion with confidential information, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, demonstrating poise and professionalism while interfacing with celebrities and industry executives.


Key job responsibilities
* Provide calendar management, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones and handling high-stakes industry meetings
* Communicate effectively with executives, creators, and agents/managers
* Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements
* Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for high-volume entertainment-related business expenses
* Oversee team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations
* All administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- 3+ years of executive support experience within a major entertainment company, talent agency, or production company- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience managing multiple calendars
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience leading process improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
