Desirable

Experience in biologics discovery or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with drug discovery workflows and regulatory requirements will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in project management methodologies and tools will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the global product portfolio for Gene & Protein Lab Essentials. You will lead the development and execution of product strategies that meet the needs of customers in the biologics discovery space. This includes conducting market research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for new product development. You will collaborate closely with R&D teams to ensure that product offerings are scientifically robust and commercially viable. Additionally, you will work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits to customers. You will also monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations. Your role will involve regular interaction with customers to understand their challenges and how your products can provide solutions. You will report directly to the Director of Global Product Management and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
