Who you are

You’re a seasoned enterprise Account Executive who thrives on solving operational inefficiencies and driving transformation in how modern businesses operate. You’ve sold complex SaaS or platform-based solutions to global organizations, ideally in IT, HR, or digital transformation spaces. You are curious, consultative, and know how to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with IT, HR, Finance, and C-level buyers. You're at your best when helping customers build compelling value propositions that resonate with their unique needs. You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring that their experience with your solutions is seamless and impactful.

You possess a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback allows you to adapt your strategies effectively. You are skilled in leveraging CRM tools to manage your pipeline and forecast sales accurately. You have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and can articulate the unique value of your offerings in comparison to others in the market. You are also committed to continuous learning and professional development, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in the industry.

Desirable

Experience in the remote work sector or familiarity with remote work solutions would be a plus. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how AppDirect's solutions can transform their operations and enhance their remote work capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into future product enhancements. You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress against targets, and providing regular updates to leadership on your performance.
