Equativ is seeking a Senior Director of Partnerships to drive growth and manage key strategic relationships across the Equativ Ad Exchange. This role requires strong executive presence and programmatic expertise.
You have over 10 years of experience in partnership management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing executive-level relationships. Your deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital media landscape allows you to navigate complex commercial agreements effectively. You possess strong negotiation skills and can operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed successfully. Your ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across various departments, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, is a key strength that sets you apart. You are comfortable leading discussions with agency holding companies, brand-direct clients, and independent agencies, ensuring that Equativ’s offerings are adopted and expanded effectively.
Experience in a high-growth technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem. You are adept at using data to inform decision-making and can translate complex concepts into actionable strategies for your team and partners.
As the Senior Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of Equativ's most important partners. You will lead the Partnerships team, ensuring that key strategic relationships are managed effectively and that revenue growth targets are met.
