As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience. You will provide efficient waiting service during meal times, serving food and beverages in meeting rooms and the restaurant. You will maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all catering areas, completing relevant cleaning schedules and assisting with dishwashing as necessary. You will adhere to daily plans and rotas, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and replenished as needed. You will comply with company training programs and related documents, supporting any reasonable requests relevant to your role. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and ensure that their events run smoothly.
