Job Description

Overview

The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a Senior Social & Creative Producer to lead creative production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production oversight, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration — ensuring work is delivered on a scale, on strategy, and with system-level efficiency.  

You’ll be responsible for producing across all altitudes — from executing fast-turn assets to building cross-functional systems that enable reusability, automation, and data-informed storytelling. You’ll work across creative, marketing, and technology teams to turn strategy into delivery, aligning internal processes with agency infrastructure and internal studios, and ensuring seamless creative collaboration across partners.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Creative Production 

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of creative asset production, from initial scoping and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with campaign or project objectives and brand standards. 
  • Champion Craft: Maintain and advocate for the highest level of creative quality across all deliverables. 
  • Manage budgets for agency campaigns and / or internal studio projects, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within $1m+ scopes. 

Stakeholder Management & Communication 

  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders across different time zones ensuring that campaign and project goals, creative direction, and operational plans are understood and executed effectively. 

Agency & Partner Collaboration 

  • Partner with external agencies and internal teams to align creative operations, production teams, infrastructure, and technology platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery. 

Strategic Workflow Design & Optimization 

  • Architect and continuously improve cross-functional workflows that enable reusability, automation, and data-informed storytelling across teams and agencies. 
  • Implement systems and processes that drive operational efficiency and scalability.

AI & Technology Integration 

  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, Veo Adobe Gen Studio including Firefly) and automation platforms into creative workflows to accelerate asset creation and optimize output quality. 

Documentation & Playbook Development 

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve documentation, playbooks, and tooling systems to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and efficiency across all creative and production teams. 

Data-Driven Creative Strategy 

  • Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative intelligence, and other teams to translate insights, audience data, and performance signals into scalable creative architecture and actionable plans. 

Continuous Improvement & Innovation 

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by regularly leading review of processes, tools, and outcomes, and recommending enhancements to drive innovation and business impact. 

Compliance & Governance 

  • Ensure all creative production and systems adhere to Microsoft’s compliance, accessibility, and governance standards. 
  •  Maintain and manage licensing, rights management, and related responsibilities. 

 

  



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3 + year(s) experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3 + year(s) of portfolioed work showcasing experience producing social campaigns and projects Experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross-functional teams Experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows
  • 3 + year(s) experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations Experience producing at multiple altitudes — from asset-level execution to systems-level thinking 
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5 + year(s) experience integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative operations
  • 5 + year(s) experience with modular storytelling and scalable content systems Proficiency with production and collaboration tools (Asana, Airtable, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, M365)
  • 5 + year(s) experience in business to business or enterprise marketing preferred Communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
