Asana is seeking a Federal Systems Integrator Lead to drive growth in the public sector by building and enabling partnerships with federal systems integrators. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills.
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the federal sector, and possess the ability to build and nurture relationships with various partners. Your experience includes managing complex partner ecosystems and driving strategic initiatives that lead to measurable growth. You are comfortable working with executive stakeholders and have a hands-on approach to enablement, ensuring that partners are equipped to succeed. You excel in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks while establishing repeatable processes that enhance operational excellence.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with SaaS products, is a plus. Familiarity with federal procurement processes and regulations will help you navigate the complexities of the public sector. You are a strategic thinker who can translate high-level goals into actionable plans and have a passion for fostering collaborative environments.
In this role, you will lead the Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) initiatives at Asana, focusing on building a robust partner network that accelerates public sector growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of FSI recruitment, onboarding, and enablement, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to represent Asana's offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including channel teams and functional leadership, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive results. Your role will involve identifying priority FSIs, managing relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across partner processes and tools. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders to align strategies and turn them into tangible outcomes.
