Teya is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead design for high-impact growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams. This role requires strong design skills and experience in growth strategies.
You have extensive experience in product design, particularly in growth initiatives, and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. You understand the importance of user-centered design and have a knack for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, sets you apart. You are skilled in using design tools like Figma and have a solid understanding of design systems and best practices. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a positive impact for small businesses. As a Principal Product Designer at Teya, you will lead the design efforts for growth initiatives that span the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation to engagement, monetization, and retention. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas to stakeholders. Collaboration is key; you will partner with Engineering to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. You will also work with Marketing to ensure that the user experience is consistent across all touchpoints.
