Together AI is hiring a Solutions Architect to create business value through Generative AI applications. You'll work closely with customers to develop innovative solutions and support their AI needs. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing position.
You have over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the technology or AI sector — you've successfully collaborated with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value. Your technical expertise in Generative AI applications sets you apart, allowing you to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the solutions provided. Your ability to run complex demonstrations and proof of concepts showcases your deep understanding of both hardware and software solutions. You are a proactive problem solver, always looking for ways to enhance the customer journey and contribute to company growth.
Experience with open-source models and AI infrastructure is a plus — you understand the nuances of deploying and scaling AI applications in various environments. Familiarity with educational content creation, such as playbooks and demos, will help you support both internal teams and external customers effectively.
As a Solutions Architect at Together AI, you will act as a trusted advisor to our most strategic customers, embedding yourself within their teams to support the ideation and development of innovative applications using Generative AI. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify new prospects and support existing customers throughout their journey, ensuring they can build cutting-edge AI solutions. Your role will involve running complex demonstrations and proof of concepts of Together’s entire stack, showcasing the capabilities of our hardware and software solutions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment and scaling of their applications. Additionally, you will deliver high-value feedback to our Product, Engineering, and Research teams, helping to evolve our platform to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for creating educational content and tooling for both internal and external use, such as playbooks, blogs, and demos, to enhance understanding and engagement with Together’s solutions.
