Xometry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on the procurement process. This role requires expertise in enterprise-level sales cycles and complex contract negotiations.
You have a proven track record in enterprise-level sales, with at least 5 years of experience managing key accounts and navigating complex procurement processes. Your ability to build strong relationships with procurement leaders and sourcing managers sets you apart, as you understand their needs for both prototype parts and production requirements. You are results-oriented and strategic, always looking for ways to grow your portfolio and exceed sales targets. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively influence stakeholders and negotiate contracts that benefit both parties. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at developing and executing strategic account plans that align with business objectives.
Experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketplaces. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track account activity and manage relationships. A background in technical sales or understanding of manufacturing processes will help you articulate the value of Xometry's offerings to potential clients.
