Overview

Squarespace is seeking a Media & Acquisition Strategist for their Podcast team to manage campaigns and support the Creator program. This role requires strong project management skills and a passion for podcasts.

You have a strong background in media strategy and campaign management, ideally with experience in the podcasting industry. You are detail-oriented and possess a results-driven approach to problem-solving, ensuring that every campaign you manage meets its objectives. Your passion for podcasts drives your work, allowing you to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with various teams to achieve common goals. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform your strategies and decisions. You understand the importance of communication and can effectively coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist with podcast network communications and manage campaign logistics, providing feedback to partners and coordinating the delivery of creative assets. You will contribute to the planning, pacing, and reporting of large-scale media campaigns, ensuring that all aspects are executed flawlessly. Supporting the expansion of the Podcast program will be a key responsibility, where you will oversee new launches, contract new shows, onboard talent, and manage invoicing. You will partner with the Creator team on cross-platform opportunities, extending your reach to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Collaborating with Analytics, Creative, and Finance teams, you will investigate performance metrics, develop creative approaches, and facilitate deals that enhance the program's success. Additionally, you will research the competitive landscape and podcast industry to identify new growth opportunities for the business.
