What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules and ensuring a smooth process for candidates. You will work closely with the Tech & Product Recruiting Team, gaining valuable insights into recruitment strategies and practices. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing candidate communications, organizing interview logistics, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the candidate experience. You will also assist in refining interview processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the opportunity to develop your project management skills.
