This is an opportunity to join EU After Market Services (AMS) on its ‘three zero’ mission to reduce returns (Zero Defects for Customers), to maximize reuse and recovery (Zero Cost of Returns) and improve the sustainability of returns (Zero Waste). As a Repair Vendor Manager, you'll be instrumental in building and managing our network of repair service providers across Europe. You'll drive operational excellence, quality standards, and cost efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality repairs.
Working in our fast-paced, startup-like environment within Amazon, your impact as a Repair Vendor Manager will be far-reaching and meaningful. You'll drive excellence in customer satisfaction by ensuring our repair network delivers high-quality, reliable repairs that meet our exacting standards. Through your leadership in operational efficiency and cost optimization, you'll help transform our repair ecosystem while maintaining the highest quality benchmarks.
Your role will be instrumental in advancing our sustainability initiatives by extending product lifecycles through effective repairs, directly contributing to our zero-waste goals. You'll also be at the forefront of innovation, implementing new repair processes and technologies that set industry standards. By optimizing our repair network's performance and developing strong vendor partnerships, you'll help create a more sustainable and efficient after-market service model that benefits both our customers and the environment.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic relationships with repair service providers
• Optimize repair network performance and capacity
• Drive quality improvements and reduce repair cycle time
• Implement standardized repair processes across vendors
• Monitor and analyze vendor KPIs including quality, turnaround times, and cost metrics
• Lead vendor onboarding and development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, Tech, Finance)
• Contribute to repair strategy development and execution
Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in vendor/repair service management
• Strong technical understanding of consumer electronics repair
• Proven track record in operational excellence and quality management
• Excellence in data analysis and performance optimization
• Enhanced relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in managing complex service partnerships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Knowledge of Reverse Logistics and Operations
Knowledge of German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish or Slovak is a plus
