Databricks is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to develop customer engagement strategies and coach junior team members. You'll leverage your technical expertise to help customers solve complex data challenges. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
You have a strong background in solution architecture with a focus on data intelligence platforms — your experience allows you to effectively engage with customers and understand their complex data challenges. You are skilled in developing customer engagement strategies and have a knack for coaching junior team members on prioritization and building technical champions. Your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is key, as you navigate complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and third-party applications. You are a champion for both customers and colleagues, operating as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives in your designated territory. You will coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization, ensuring that they build strong technical champions within customer organizations. Your expertise will be crucial in influencing stakeholders through complex engagements, ensuring they are excited about the Databricks vision and solution strategy. You will work collaboratively with a customer-focused team that values innovation and creativity, using your skills to create customized solutions that help customers achieve their goals. Your role will also involve demonstrating how the Data Intelligence Platform can address customer needs effectively.
