Graphcore is seeking a Senior Board Manufacturing Test Engineer to enhance their manufacturing test solutions for advanced technology products. You'll work closely with hardware design teams and utilize skills in Python, Linux, and testing methodologies. This role requires several years of relevant experience in hardware testing.
You have several years of experience in board and PCBA hardware testing, demonstrating a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and defect management. Your expertise includes analyzing PCB design testability and susceptibility to manufacturing defects, ensuring high-quality standards in product testing. You are proficient in programming and using board test systems, including Bed-of-nails ICT systems, and have a solid appreciation for AOI and AXI process capabilities. Your experience with microcontroller development and debug environments further enhances your ability to contribute effectively to the team.
You are familiar with various testing techniques such as boundary scan and embedded functional tests, which are essential for delivering robust manufacturing test solutions. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with hardware design teams, ensuring that test solutions are well-defined and effectively implemented. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical skills to solve complex problems and improve product quality.
Experience with ISP and OBP solutions is a plus, as it complements your existing skill set. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges that push the boundaries of technology.
