Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or Computer/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, and at least three years of applicable IT experience working on large application initiatives. Your advanced English skills enable you to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with stakeholders at all levels. You are adept at engaging in business-level discussions while also being comfortable with technical discussions with peers. Your ability to comprehend complex technical concepts allows you to disseminate information clearly and effectively.

You have experience working with web-based application development teams and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Your knowledge of database concepts and familiarity with programming languages, particularly C#, enhances your ability to contribute to technical discussions. Additionally, you have working knowledge of operating systems, with Unix/Linux experience being a plus. Familiarity with UML or similar modeling languages is also advantageous. Experience in an agile environment is a desirable trait that complements your skill set.

What you'll do

In this role, you will understand business requirements and analyze needs to validate NGSS solution architecture across international use cases. You will maintain a strong knowledge of NGSS applications, services, data, and integrations, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include translating requirements into technical specifications and collaborating on solution documentation, including APIs, models, and diagrams.

You will lead solution hand-offs and support teams throughout the development lifecycle, managing the backlog, identifying dependencies and gaps, and validating delivered features. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze current configurations and data, contributing to migration strategies, tools, and implementation approaches. You will play a key role in ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the business needs and align with the overall strategy of the organization.
