ComplyAdvantage is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the financial crime market. You'll engage with senior decision-makers and manage a sales pipeline. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales within a corporate or SaaS environment.
You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record in generating new business within a corporate, SaaS, B2B sales environment. You have the ability to find, manage, and close deals effectively, demonstrating self-sufficient success in your previous roles. Your aspirations are high, as you aim not just to meet targets but to exceed them significantly. You possess a can-do attitude and are accountable for your results, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage the latest technology and sales infrastructure to achieve your goals.
You have experience engaging with senior decision-makers at various financial institutions, including fintechs, payments companies, traditional banks, and credit unions. Your networking skills are strong, allowing you to gain referrals and build a quality pipeline through targeted outbound activities. You understand the importance of prioritizing the right deals and creating urgency to close them effectively.
While not mandatory, experience in the financial crime sector or familiarity with compliance solutions would be advantageous. You are also open to sharing best practices and coaching junior sales team members, contributing to their onboarding and training.
As an Account Executive at ComplyAdvantage, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities through your own activities and collaborating with your Sales Development Representative counterpart. You will engage with senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals, consistently overachieving upon new business targets against a quarterly quota. Your role will involve managing your sales pipeline effectively, prioritizing deals, and creating urgency to drive results.
You will provide valuable market and product intelligence to our Product and Strategy teams, ensuring that our offerings align with market needs. Your contributions will help shape the direction of our products and services, enhancing our competitive edge in the financial crime market. You will also play a key role in onboarding and training junior sales team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
