Your experience includes managing P&L responsibilities and developing high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do

As the Vice President of Professional Services at Rubrik, you will define and execute the multi-year strategic plan for the global Professional Services organization. You will work closely with sales and product teams to align service offerings with Rubrik's innovative solutions, particularly around the Rubrik Security Cloud. Your role will involve developing new service offerings and driving innovation to enhance customer satisfaction and success.

You will lead a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of consulting and implementation services, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maximizing the value realization from customer engagements, helping clients achieve their business objectives through effective use of Rubrik's products.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service enhancements and new offerings. You will be instrumental in developing training and enablement programs for both customers and internal teams, ensuring that everyone is equipped to leverage Rubrik's solutions effectively. Your leadership will be key in driving customer success and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to Rubrik's growth and market leadership.
