What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and the wider Made Thought team to provide crucial business partnering support. You will analyze financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will play a key role in communicating financial insights to stakeholders, helping them understand the financial implications of their decisions. You will also support the development of financial models and tools that enhance the team's ability to make informed decisions.
