Overview

Flex is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead their G&A Recruiting division. You'll be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent across various functions. This role requires extensive experience in talent acquisition and team leadership.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading recruitment efforts in fast-paced environments. Your expertise lies in developing and executing talent strategies that align with business objectives, particularly in the finance and operations sectors. You thrive on mentoring and managing a team of seasoned professionals, ensuring they excel in their roles while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with G&A leaders and translate their needs into actionable recruitment plans. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess talent acquisition metrics and continuously improve processes for better outcomes. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a hypergrowth environment, always keeping the candidate experience at the forefront of your strategy.

Desirable

Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as it gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms will enhance your ability to attract top talent effectively. A background in building scalable processes from the ground up will be beneficial as you take ownership of the G&A recruiting function.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the G&A Recruiting division, setting the vision for operational excellence and an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with G&A leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop a talent strategy that supports the company's ambitious roadmap. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your team of talent partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed in their roles.

You will be responsible for identifying and hiring the best talent across Finance, Strategy & Operations, Legal, Compliance, and People. This involves creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruiting process.

As a player-coach, you will not only manage your team but also actively participate in recruiting efforts, demonstrating your commitment to the mission of Flex. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment in hiring practices and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
