Brex is hiring a Technical Consultant to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. You'll blend customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise to ensure a seamless adoption process. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in customer success and project management, with a focus on technical solutions. You understand the importance of customer empathy and can effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Your experience in change management allows you to guide clients through transitions smoothly, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. You are proactive and take personal ownership of customer success, always striving to deliver results quickly and efficiently.
