Brex is hiring a Technical Consultant to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. You'll blend customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise to ensure a seamless adoption process. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You have a strong background in customer success and project management, with a focus on technical solutions. You understand the importance of customer empathy and can effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Your experience in change management allows you to guide clients through transitions smoothly, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. You are proactive and take personal ownership of customer success, always striving to deliver results quickly and efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to drive solutions and build trust with clients. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with implementing new systems and processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower, transforming them into power users of the platform. You will work closely with new customers to understand their needs and help them shift from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing onboarding processes, providing training and support, and ensuring a seamless transition for clients. You will collaborate with various teams within Brex to address customer concerns and drive solutions that enhance their experience. As a strategic advisor, you will build trust with clients, helping them realize the full potential of Brex Empower. You will also track customer progress and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Your role will be crucial in setting customers up for long-term success with Brex, ensuring they remain engaged and satisfied with the platform.
