UpGuard is seeking a Director of Pipeline Marketing to lead a high-performance team focused on conversion and customer growth. You'll work closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Global Inbound Business Development to create a unified conversion strategy. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in marketing leadership, with experience in driving conversion and customer growth strategies. You understand the importance of bridging the gap between marketing automation and human outreach, and you excel at creating seamless processes that enhance customer engagement. Your ability to lead and inspire a hybrid team is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to architect effective marketing motions that drive Net New ARR. You are data-driven and comfortable leveraging AI-driven automation to optimize marketing efforts. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at breaking down silos between teams to foster a unified approach to marketing.

What you'll do

As the Director of Pipeline Marketing at UpGuard, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance team that includes Lifecycle Marketing and Global Inbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your primary focus will be on eliminating the gaps between marketing automation and human outreach, creating a cohesive strategy that enhances conversion rates. You will work closely with Product Aligned Squads to design and implement marketing motions that drive customer acquisition and retention. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and deploying retention and expansion tactics that secure the customer base. You will also be responsible for overseeing the Mid-Funnel and Customer stages of the marketing process, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the company's growth objectives.
