You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the grocery or retail sectors, and a proven track record of delivering successful products that enhance user experiences. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can gather insights and translate them into actionable product strategies. You are passionate about improving merchant experiences and have a keen eye for identifying pain points and opportunities for growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures to drive results. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both your work and the products you manage.
Experience in the grocery delivery or retail technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that help in understanding user behavior and product performance. A background in working with sales and account management teams can also be beneficial, as it allows you to better understand the merchant's perspective and needs.
In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for the Grocery Delivery Experience team, focusing on creating a seamless fulfillment process for customers. You will partner with sales, account management, and merchants to identify their pain points and develop a vision and roadmap for your product area. Your responsibilities will include developing tools that enable merchants to analyze their order quality and identify opportunities for improvement, ultimately helping them grow their businesses. You will ensure data accuracy across all systems, from in-store payments to sales reports, maintaining Uber's high standards at scale. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with teams across operations, data science, design, engineering, and marketing to deliver a reliable and delightful shopping experience. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and iterating on your strategies based on user feedback and data insights.
