What you'll do

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting and motivating them throughout their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics such as safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaboration with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, will be essential to develop plans that meet business objectives. You will oversee the workflow of the operation, ensuring that customer expectations are met consistently. Your role will involve continuous engagement with your team to foster a positive work environment and drive performance.
