You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in direct or channel sales, particularly in the dental or technology sectors. You possess a winning spirit and a customer satisfaction focus, which drives your success in building and maintaining strategic relationships. You understand the nuances of the dental industry and are eager to contribute to the growth of innovative 3D printing solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with a diverse team to tackle challenges and maximize growth. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Formlabs Dental products in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operational relationships with existing dental partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Formlabs products. Your tasks will include assessing market potential, identifying new partners, and onboarding them to expand the company's market reach. You will implement the Formlabs Partner Program, driving engagement and collaboration with partners to maximize growth and market share. You will also analyze sales data and market trends to inform your strategies and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's goals. Your role will involve regular communication with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales targets.
