What you'll do

As a Product Manager at LendingTree, you will own the product roadmap for the Marketplace Product Team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product ideas, translating findings into actionable product features. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product specifications and oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. You will define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and iterate on features based on user feedback. You will facilitate sprint planning and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering maximum value.
