You have significant experience in user research, ideally with a background in financial services or technology — you understand the importance of user-centered design and have a track record of translating user insights into actionable product improvements. You are skilled in various research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, and you can effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about creating inclusive and accessible experiences for all users, and you are committed to advocating for user perspectives within the organization.
Experience with financial products or services is a plus, as is familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing methodologies. You may also have experience in leading user research teams or mentoring junior researchers, helping to foster a culture of research within your organization.

You will advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the product development process.
