Forbes is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for eCommerce Partnerships to lead and scale their affiliate and branded content business. This role focuses on optimizing partnerships and improving internal processes to drive revenue growth.

Who you are

You have a strong background in operations management, particularly within the eCommerce sector, and have successfully led initiatives that drive revenue growth. Your experience includes managing partnerships and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You are skilled in cross-functional collaboration and have a proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns that deliver results. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at identifying process improvements that can lead to increased productivity and profitability.

Desirable

Experience in affiliate marketing or branded content is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue optimization strategies. You may also have a background in project management, which would further enhance your ability to lead strategic initiatives. A strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape and current trends will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the operational lead on key retail and network partnerships, owning the execution and optimization of high-revenue campaigns and initiatives. You will partner closely with the Partnerships and Revenue Optimization teams to develop and execute strategies that increase affiliate revenue and drive incremental growth. You will lead strategic, cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include identifying and proposing process improvements, managing timelines, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the company's overall goals. You will also be responsible for tracking campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for enhancements. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards common objectives.
