Rover.com is seeking a Business Analyst - Operations Analytics to partner with the Trust and Safety Leadership team. You'll drive initiatives for community safety and analytics support. This role requires a unique skillset in translating business problems into actionable solutions.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable translating ambiguous business problems into clear requirements. You understand the importance of data in driving business decisions and are eager to contribute to a safer community for pet parents and sitters. Your experience in analytics support and strategy will be crucial in enhancing Rover's account safety and fraud mitigation programs. You are passionate about using data to inform decisions and improve processes, and you have a knack for building creative data products that meet niche business needs.
In this role, you will partner closely with Rover’s Trust and Safety Leadership team to drive initiatives that enhance community safety. You will take ownership of analytics support and strategy for the account safety and fraud mitigation program, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of decision-making. You will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into actionable data requirements, collaborating with various teams to implement solutions that improve safety and trust within the Rover community. Your role will involve analyzing data trends, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies that align with Rover's mission of providing a safe and reliable platform for pet care services. You will also engage in regular communication with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's goals.
