Program Leader, A10X

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results through effective negotiations and stakeholder engagement. Your analytical skills are strong, particularly with Excel, allowing you to manage large data sets and utilize them to drive performance improvements. You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and you are comfortable with financial analysis and P&L ownership, which are crucial for the role. Your experience includes vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management, and product development, making you well-equipped to lead the A10X program.

Desirable

Experience working closely with venture capital partners for brand funding is a plus, as is familiarity with D2C brand growth strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at planning and executing offline events that enhance program visibility and engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the A10X program, focusing on identifying and growing D2C brands across various categories. Your responsibilities will include interacting with internal stakeholders, brands, venture capitalists, and external agencies to ensure the program's success. You will be tasked with growing the program's topline while continuously improving brand inputs. You will work closely with VC partners to secure funding for brands, ensuring they have the resources needed to thrive. Additionally, you will plan and execute offline events that promote the A10X program and expand its reach and services. Your ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements will be essential in this role, as you will need to manage large data sets effectively.
