Who you are

You have a strong background in data analytics and engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering role. Your technical expertise allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients, ensuring they understand how to leverage the Data Intelligence Platform to meet their business needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success.

You possess a deep understanding of big data technologies, particularly Apache Spark, and have experience integrating these solutions within the wider cloud ecosystem. Your ability to build relationships with clients is key, as you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Databricks' offerings and guiding customers through hands-on evaluations.

You are proactive and customer-centric, always looking for ways to enhance the user experience and foster a culture of creativity and experimentation. Your passion for data science and analytics drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, allowing you to provide valuable insights to clients.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with third-party applications that can integrate with Databricks. You may also have a background in software development, which enhances your ability to create customized solutions for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will form successful relationships with clients throughout your assigned territory, working closely with an Account Executive and a Senior Solutions Architect to provide both technical and business value. You will engage clients through hands-on evaluations of the Databricks platform, showcasing how it can solve their complex data challenges. Your role will involve contributing to the technical community by participating in workshops, seminars, and meet-ups, helping to build a strong network around Databricks' offerings.

You will also be responsible for creating customized solutions that align with client goals, ensuring that they can effectively utilize the Data Intelligence Platform to drive their business forward. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential in guiding clients through the integration process and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
