As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for washing kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery using dishwashers and sinks. You will ensure that all kitchen areas are kept clean according to the schedule and company health and safety requirements. You will assist the chef brigade with general food preparation and basic food service when required. Your daily duties will include cleaning all kitchen areas to the required standards, returning utensils to their respective places after washing, sweeping kitchen areas at regular intervals, and emptying bins throughout the day.
