Hedra is seeking a Chief of Staff to oversee critical operations and support the company's growth. You'll collaborate with the CEO and leadership across various functions, requiring strong finance and project management skills.
You have a strong background in operations and project management, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in ambiguity and are adept at learning quickly, making you a high-caliber generalist who can navigate complex challenges. Your finance and modeling fundamentals are solid, enabling you to support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making effectively. Exposure to creative tooling and generative AI companies is a plus, as it aligns with Hedra's innovative focus. You are comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives and can easily switch between strategic oversight and hands-on execution. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be crucial in this role.
As Chief of Staff, you will drive high-priority cross-functional operations, ensuring that critical initiatives are executed efficiently across marketing, talent, sales, and product. You will identify and fill gaps in these areas, facilitating seamless collaboration and execution of company-critical projects. Managing strategic finance will be a key responsibility, where you will own and coordinate financial operations, including vendor negotiations, tax, accounting, cost optimization, and managing invoices. You will also support customer success and onboarding by facilitating early customer conversations, coordinating pilots, and ensuring effective communication with customers. Additionally, you will help recruit, onboard, and manage the team, taking over critical people operations systems to ensure new hires thrive in their roles. Leading ad hoc initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to contribute to the company's growth in various capacities.
