Staff Technical Program Manager, Identity & Access Management

Who you are

You have extensive experience in technical program management, ideally with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies. Your background includes coordinating complex cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment among various stakeholders. You are a lifelong learner who embraces diverse perspectives and experiences, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

You possess a strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, including onboarding business applications and enabling role-based access control (RBAC). Your experience includes partnering with security engineers to implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, demonstrating your ability to enhance security postures effectively.

You are skilled in driving measurable outcomes and have a proven track record of executing IAM strategies. Your communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience with Okta Identity Governance or similar IAM platforms is a plus. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance regulations will enhance your ability to contribute to our IAM program strategy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and rollout of our IAM initiatives, focusing on the implementation of our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution. You will coordinate with various teams to onboard business applications and launch access certification campaigns, ensuring that our IAM strategy is executed effectively.

You will partner closely with security engineers to implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, focusing on credential vaulting, session management, and just-in-time (JIT) access. Your role will involve contributing to the overall IAM program strategy, helping to strengthen our security posture and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines are met and that all parties are informed of progress and challenges. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of IAM initiatives.
