User Safety & Risk Operations Manager, Ops Enablement & Analytics

You have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, including analytics, workflow design, and program management. Your ability to lead and mentor team members fosters a culture of growth and innovation. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are skilled in leveraging analytics to inform operational improvements. You are also adept at managing vendor relationships and ensuring that external partnerships align with organizational goals.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly in roles related to user safety, risk management, or operational analytics, is a plus. Familiarity with automation tools and operational tooling will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in handling sensitive content and compliance issues will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of user safety.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Ops Enablement & Analytics function, focusing on designing and evolving the core infrastructure that supports all safety operations. You will be responsible for developing workflows, data triage systems, and automation processes that enhance operational efficiency. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing quality programs and capacity models that ensure the organization can scale effectively as usage grows.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to define how the User Safety & Risk Operations (USRO) scales globally. Your strategic vision will help mature operational rigor across all safety verticals, ensuring that the organization is prepared to respond to emerging threats and risks. You will also oversee program management initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and enhance user safety.
