What you'll do

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Ridgeline, you will own a suite of services built on a modern Kotlin/React stack running on AWS. You will lead the design and implementation of our next-generation Workflow Engine, combining traditional business logic with AI-assisted decisioning and natural-language interaction. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the AI Platform team to deliver intelligent, adaptive workflows that differentiate Ridgeline’s offering in the investment management space.

You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions that meet the demands of real-time business processes. This includes designing APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability of the services you build. You will also engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in shaping the team culture at Ridgeline.
