BridgeBio is seeking a National Sales Director to lead the U.S. launch and commercialization of a rare disease asset. This role requires deep experience in leading specialty sales teams and a track record of successful product launches.
You are a strategic and execution-driven commercial leader with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. With over 5 years of experience in leading high-performing specialty sales teams, you have successfully launched rare disease or specialty products and are passionate about transforming care for underserved patient populations. You thrive in environments that challenge convention and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the biopharma space.
You possess strong leadership skills and have a history of developing and deploying effective sales strategies that drive performance and ensure readiness for product launches. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team is complemented by your analytical mindset, allowing you to assess market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly. You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in the commercialization of innovative therapies.
Experience in the rare disease space is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the regulatory landscape and market access strategies. You have a network of contacts within the healthcare industry that can facilitate successful collaborations and partnerships. Your background in data-driven decision-making enables you to leverage insights to inform your sales approach and optimize team performance.
As the National Sales Director, you will play a critical role in the successful U.S. launch and commercialization of our rare disease asset. You will lead the development, deployment, and performance of the national field sales team, ensuring they are well-prepared for launch and equipped for sustainable post-launch success. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing to align on strategic objectives and drive execution across the sales organization.
Your responsibilities will include setting clear sales targets and performance metrics, monitoring team performance, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of your sales representatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with healthcare providers and drive product adoption. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and inform your team's approach.
You will foster a culture of accountability and high performance within your team, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of the healthcare landscape, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to address the needs of patients and healthcare providers alike.
At BridgeBio, we offer a competitive salary range of $265,000 to $390,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
