What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the SAP Development Global Support team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing multiple applications that are critical to Apple's operations. You will monitor system performance and support quality, ensuring that all applications function optimally. Your responsibilities will include developing and troubleshooting ABAP applications, as well as working with Java and HANA technologies to support enterprise functions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement improvements that enhance system reliability. Your contributions will help shape the technical backbone of Apple's core functions, serving both internal teams and external partners. You will also be expected to be on call as part of the ABAP Production Support Team, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly.
