You have a strong background in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across various channels. You understand the intricacies of digital marketing and are adept at using data to drive decision-making. Your experience includes running growth experiments and optimizing campaigns to achieve specific ROI goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate growth initiatives seamlessly. You are innovative and bring fresh creative thinking to maximize the effectiveness of paid channels. You are comfortable in a fast-paced setting and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of business banking in Canada.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and manage the paid campaign strategy to achieve acquisition targets while reducing customer acquisition costs. You will run growth experiments across new or emerging channels to uncover additional scalable acquisition paths. Your responsibilities will include owning the operations, optimization, and execution across all paid channels, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta. You will test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a per-channel basis to improve performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will identify and deliver innovation opportunities, ensuring that your creative thinking maximizes the effectiveness of paid channels. Collaboration with product, partnerships, design, and other cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that growth initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the overall strategy.
