About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead our email channel and drive measurable impact on engagement, pipeline, and revenue. The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage end-to-end execution, improve performance continuously, and collaborate across global teams.

This role requires strong ownership—someone who can execute flawlessly, run A/B tests, and ensure email remains a high-performing channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows in
  • Ensure audience segmentation and personalization are accurate and optimized for engagement.
  • Conduct thorough QA and testing (links, personalization tokens, rendering, formatting) before every send.
  • Analyze campaign metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversions, pipeline influence) and drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Develop strategies to grow and maintain a high-quality contact database.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales to align campaigns with broader goals.
  • Stay current on email marketing best practices, platform updates, and new strategies to increase effectiveness.
  • Flexibly work across global time zones to support campaign launches and collaborations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in email marketing management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or global environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with email marketing software like HubSpot (required).
  • Strong skills in Excel for audience management, QA, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of improving email performance metrics and contributing to pipeline/revenue growth.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive communicator, comfortable working with global teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are delivered error-free, on-brand, and on time.
  • Content drafts and ideas are proactively created for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Engagement and conversion metrics show steady improvement quarter over quarter.
  • The contact database expands strategically while maintaining list quality
