What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at LaunchDarkly, you will lead the design for the core feature management experience, focusing on workflows for flag creation, targeting, and management. You will conduct user research and discovery sessions to inform design decisions and strategy for new investments across the Foundations and Next teams. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively. You will also be responsible for iterating on existing designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring that the product evolves to meet user needs. Your work will have a direct impact on how tens of thousands of developers interact with LaunchDarkly's platform, shaping their software release processes.
