Strategic Account Executive - Public Sector

Celonis is seeking a Senior Account Executive focused on the Public Sector to manage strategic accounts in the UK. You'll engage with C-level executives and drive enterprise software sales. This role requires experience in enterprise sales within the Public Sector or Healthcare vertical.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record of selling enterprise software at the C-level, particularly in a new business-focused field sales role. Your experience includes engaging with high-level executives such as CFOs, CPOs, and COOs, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales processes. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the Public Sector and Healthcare verticals, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively. Your consultative sales style enables you to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a small portfolio of strategic accounts. Your ability to engage cross Line-of-Business at various levels ensures that you can represent the entire suite of Celonis solutions, from Order to Cash to Sustainability. You are results-driven, holding an individual revenue target for closing significant deals, and you are motivated by the challenge of achieving and surpassing these targets.
Desirable
Experience working closely with partners, especially Big4 consulting firms and other SaaS partners, is a plus. You are adept at collaborating with virtual teams, including business development representatives, marketing managers, and customer success managers, to drive sales success. Your understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a select number of strategic accounts in the UK, primarily focusing on the Public Sector and Healthcare. Your responsibilities will include engaging with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions from the Celonis suite. You will leverage your consultative sales approach to cultivate relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, ultimately driving revenue growth.
You will hold an individual revenue target, focusing on closing six-figure deals within your accounts. This will require you to develop a deep understanding of your clients' business processes and how Celonis can unlock productivity through AI and data-driven insights. You will represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of offerings available to them.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will engage closely with partners and your virtual team. You will work alongside business development representatives, marketing managers, and customer success managers to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
