Engineering Manager, WAN Core

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript. With at least 3 years of experience in technical leadership and people management, you understand how to guide a team effectively while also contributing to technical projects. Your experience includes designing and implementing distributed systems, which is crucial for the role. You also have a year of experience in systems engineering, covering areas like systems integration and testing. Your familiarity with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, MPI, RPC, and cluster computing, positions you well for this role. You are adept at managing project goals and contributing to product strategy while ensuring your team is supported and able to optimize their work.
