What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from discovery through delivery. You will lead user experience and interaction design for Berkie, Berkadia’s AI-powered platform, ensuring that the design is user-friendly and meets the needs of stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with fusion teams, including product, engineering, architecture, and business partners, to support the development of technology solutions that enhance the user experience.

Your responsibilities will include conducting user interviews, facilitating workshops, and analyzing data to inform design decisions. You will apply best practices for designing with and for AI, ensuring transparency, usability, and trust in AI-driven features. You will also be involved in shaping the overall user experience and technology solutions within the CRE industry, making a significant impact on Berkadia's future.
