Who you are

You are an organized and detail-oriented individual eager to support Client Success teams in delivering exceptional client experiences. You have a foundational understanding of customer service principles and are ready to develop your knowledge of Centerfield's products and services. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. You are proactive in identifying potential risks or issues and are committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all client interactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a key operational partner to Account Managers, helping to prioritize and execute client deliverables accurately and on time. You will assist in managing client requests and campaign updates, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting client reporting and invoicing processes, which will involve data validation and documentation. You will also help refine client profiles and program documentation to optimize performance and enhance client satisfaction. Throughout your work, you will communicate any potential risks or quality concerns to the Client Success team, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.
