Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are skilled in performing light bodywork tasks such as prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding and buffing to ensure a smooth finish. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, performing minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork, including Bondo repairs. Your role will require you to use state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you deliver quality work that meets Carvana's high standards. You will collaborate with your team to ensure that vehicles are ready for delivery on time, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction that Carvana prides itself on.
