Shift4 is seeking an Account Executive to join their Inside Sales team, focusing on building strong partner relationships and leading team operations. This role requires a proven track record in sales and team management.
You have a proven track record in team management and building strong partner relationships — your experience in a fast-paced sales environment has equipped you with the skills to coach and lead effectively. You are adept at engaging with potential merchants to assess their payment processing needs and can clearly communicate the benefits of Shift4 Payments’ products and services. You project a positive and professional image to sales partners and prospective clients, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and performance across your portfolio of partner offices.
You are comfortable supporting the creation and execution of operational processes for the Integrated Partners EM team through various verticals. Your leadership skills shine as you lead onboarding and training initiatives for new team members, serving as the primary escalation contact for the team. You thrive in environments where you can drive personal and team success by developing and executing effective sales strategies, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation.
